Lumen is looking to solve the problem of digitally connecting the world and shaping the future through its internship program, specifically in the area of program management for Federal customers.
Requirements
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Project and associated Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to analyze large data sets and come to clear conclusions and solutions
- Ability to develop good networking and communication skills across internal ecosystems and ultimately with customers
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-task, stressful environment
- Ability to create and matrix-manage various functional teams
Responsibilities
- Billing audit of DOE and VA programs
- Order implementation and inventory tracking
- Attend program meetings (internal and some external)
- Focus on creating people-centered communications
- Data Analysis regarding projects and tracking
Other
- Enrolled at a 4-year accredited college or university, rising senior level education status at the start of the internship
- Graduating August 2026 – May 2028
- Preferred fields include but not limited to: Business, Communications or related field
- US Work Authorization required for this role
- Available to work full time (40 hours/week) during the 10-week program
