The intern will assist the QA Manager from the IS Project Delivery Team to provide solution (software) testing services for one or more major software implementation projects.
Requirements
- Demonstrated skills or experience with Microsoft Office
- Prefer skills and experience with analytical activities and tools, e.g., data analysis in MS Excel workbooks
- Prefer experience using a business application other than Microsoft Office
Responsibilities
- Perform software testing
- Create and update test cases
- Triage and manage defects and facilitate defect review meetings
- Troubleshoot issues
- Collaborate with IS and Business colleagues on how to test functional requirements, evaluate and resolve issues
- Assist with task-level planning of test phases

- Prior experience in a professional setting – medium to large company corporate environment
