The organization is looking to optimize safety, manufacturing processes, laboratory standard operating procedures, and quality improvement projects within their facility, including a $75 million expansion project (R3 Project).
Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- SAP transactions knowledge
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 requirements
- Knowledge of Laboratory Equipment calibrations
- Experience with SAP support
- Ability to develop frameworks within an SAP sandbox
- Familiarity with quality improvement projects
Responsibilities
- Lead and participate in procedure and policy reviews
- Focal point for the procedure and document review process
- Schedule cross-functional policy and procedure reviews
- Perform field observations, along with subject matter experts, to assist with procedure reviews
- Lead procedure review update meetings and provide KPI updates on status of procedure reviews
- Assist with SAP support
- Develop framework within SAP for Laboratory Instrument Calibrations
Other
- Currently enrolled in an accredited University Degree Program (preferably junior or senior) OR Bachelors in Science in Chemistry
- Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree. Preferred areas of study: Industrial Engineering or Chemical Engineering.
- 3.0 overall GPA or higher (preferred)
- Reports to the Quality Manager
- Ability to work independently and plan tasks carefully
