Requirements
- Experience with software tools such as Labview, Python to control test equipment and manipulate test data
- Experience with any of the following software: Python, Labview, Keysight ADS, HFSS, Cadence Virtuoso, MATLAB, CST, Mentor Graphics’ Expedition, AutoCAD, TCAD, C++, Java, JMP
Responsibilities
- Perform reliability measurements on GaAs and GaN transistors, passive components and MMICs (Monolithic Microwave Integrated Circuits) using probe stations and reliability testing systems such as DC and RFOL
- Perform failure analysis of components
- Plot and present test results
Other
- Must be pursuing a Bachelor’s or graduate degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) major
- Must be enrolled in a Bachelor’s (or higher) degree program and will be at minimum entering their sophomore year by the start of summer 2026
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
- The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required
- Good written and oral communication skills
