Gilead is looking to solve business problems and inefficiencies using artificial intelligence, analytics, and automation platforms, and is seeking an intern to contribute to high-impact meaningful projects that will further advance the company's mission.

Requirements

  • Working knowledge of multiple computer languages, including but not limited to Python, JavaScript, C, C++, SQL, PL/SQL
  • Working knowledge of web-based frameworks, including but not limited to LAMP, DJango, Node.js, React.js, Angular.js
  • Knowledge of artificial intelligence, large language models, machine learning, natural language processing and/or intelligent automation
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite

Responsibilities

  • Create custom innovation solutions using different artificial intelligence, analytics and automation platforms to solve business problems and inefficiencies.
  • Work closely with SMEs and leaders in various functions within Regulatory, Safety and Quality to understand and identify routine, repetitive process steps that could be improved using various technologies.
  • Share your broad understanding of the capabilities and applicability of current software, platform and tools to improve the quality of current output while making overall processes simpler and more efficient.
  • Showcase your work with a final presentation (PPT) near the conclusion of your internship

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must have a minimum GPA of 2.8
  • Authorized to work in the United States without Sponsorship now or in the future or CPT/OPT through your University.
  • Must be currently enrolled as a full-time student in a Bachelor’s/Masters/MBA/PhD program at an accredited US based university or college
  • Must be able to complete a 10-12 consecutive week internship between May and August
