Requirements
- Experience with molecular dynamics software for protein analysis
- Hands-on experience with biologics structural modeling and protein descriptors calculation
- Familiarity with machine learning frameworks and their application in biologics.
- Understanding of biologics physico-chemical properties and analytical techniques.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite
- Ability to identify issues and seek solutions
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Responsibilities
- Apply molecular dynamics and other computational tools to study protein structure, stability, and interactions relevant to biologics.
- Perform biologics structure modeling and descriptors calculation
- Analyze physico-chemical data (e.g., aggregation, hydrophobicity, charge variants, stability profiles) to correlate experimental findings with computational predictions.
- Assist in building workflows that integrate computational modeling and experimental analytics for biologics assessment.
- Document methodologies and results in clear, reproducible formats for internal knowledge sharing.
- Interact and collaborate with cross-functional teams to interpret findings and propose actionable recommendations.
- Showcase your work with a final presentation (PPT) near the conclusion of your internship
Other
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must have a minimum GPA of 2.8
- Authorized to work in the United States without Sponsorship now or in the future or CPT/OPT through your University.
- Must be currently enrolled as a full-time student in a Bachelor’s/Masters/MBA/PhD program at an accredited US based university or college
- Must be able to complete a 10-12 consecutive week internship between May and August
