The Customer Engineering & Support team needs to engineer solutions that will improve their ability to provide new services for their business partners.

Requirements

  • Development experience with Python.
  • Experience with Git.
  • Experience developing on Linux OS.
  • Experience building/consuming web services is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of distributed systems, data structures, design principles is a plus.
  • Experience with scheduling and orchestration tools and processes is a plus.
  • Experience with agile development methodologies (e.g., SAFe, Kanban, Scrum) is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement solutions that enable Data as a Service.
  • Adhere to internal development best practices/lifecycle (e.g., Testing, Code Reviews, CI/CD, Documentation).
  • Automate and set up build pipelines and deployments.
  • Design and integrate with internal and external APIs.
  • Gather business requirements and propose robust and scalable solutions.
  • Document and showcase feature designs/workflows.
  • Participate in team meetings and discussions around product development.

Other

  • Working towards a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent.
  • Comfortable communicating with teams via showcases/demos.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with others at all levels of technical understanding.
  • This internship is not eligible for relocation assistance. Local candidates preferred.
