As a Software Engineer Intern, the business problem is to complete specified projects and tasks within the internship or co-op period, contributing to the company's objectives while providing a learning experience for the intern.
Requirements
- Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks simultaneously, without close supervision.
- Problem-solving abilities. Ability to identify waste and creatively look for solutions.
- Capacity to be flexible and multitask.
- Proficient with computers, including Microsoft Office.
Responsibilities
- Complete projects as assigned within internship discipline.
- Learning, understanding, continuously improving, and promoting the division’s quality management system in accordance with ISO standards.
Other
- College student or recent graduate in specified course of study necessary to be successful in defined internship position.
- Ability to work with a high level of confidentiality.
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and leadership staff.
- Demonstrates the guiding principles of Aerostar.
- May be called upon to perform comparable duties of a similar or related nature and/or assist in other areas as needed.
