Pratt & Whitney is seeking manufacturing engineering interns to support various areas of manufacturing engineering, working on compressors, turbines, module assemblies, and bearing compartment hardware for both Military and Commercial engine programs.
Requirements
- Academic or previous technical intern experience in design, manufacturing, analyzing data, or project management.
- Basic knowledge of blueprint drawing reading & 3D modelling
- Basic knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement principles
Responsibilities
- Provide manufacturing engineering support on a variety of engineering tasks.
- Responsibilities may include:general task management, data analysis, manufacturing process development, and coordinating with others to advance technology of manufacturing processes.
Other
- Enrolled in a degree program in mechanical, aerospace, or manufacturing engineering.
- Minimum GPA of 3.0
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.
- This position is classified as onsite.
- The salary range for this role is 37,000 USD - 82,000 USD.
