Keysight Technologies is seeking a support technician to assist employees in transitioning to evolving productivity platforms and resolving technical issues
Requirements
- Understanding of different hardware and software platforms from iOS to Android, Windows, and Mac OS
- Knowledgeable about the Microsoft environment on both Mobile and PC platforms
- Experience with collaboration platforms (Teams, Zoom, etc.)
- Knowledge and experience using Microsoft and Mac command line interfaces
- General understanding of Microsoft ActiveSync and Active Directory Architecture
- Audio visual experience (Bluetooth, audio settings in the operating system, headsets, soft phone services, etc.)
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 Cloud, Success Factors, Comaround (Knowledge Management), and Concur
Responsibilities
- Delivering hands-on training and troubleshooting a range of devices, including iPhones and laptops
- Guiding users to leverage internal resources such as Microsoft Office 365 Cloud, Success Factors, Comaround (Knowledge Management), and Concur
- Resolving technical issues that may arise
- Working with ITSM software, including ServiceNow
- Participating in diverse projects within the organization
- Assisting with access and authentication procedures, endpoint devices, and networking
- Operating as a walk-up solution center for internal clients
