Share Creators is looking for an intern to assist with their recruitment process, specifically to help source and screen artists, manage administrative tasks related to hiring, and communicate with international candidates.
Requirements
- Familiarity with spreadsheets, email tools, and basic admin tasks
- Proficiency in both English and Mandarin Chinese (verbal and written), in order to communicate effectively with clients and candidates in China
Responsibilities
- Assist with sourcing and screening artists for various roles (2D, 3D, Concept, UI, etc.)
- Maintain and organize emails related to recruitment, candidate follow-ups, and scheduling
- Help manage and track Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) during the hiring process
- Support the hiring team with other recruitment-related tasks and administrative work

- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Interest in recruitment, human resources, or talent management
- A proactive attitude and attention to detail
- Passion for art, games, or the creative industry is a plus!
- This is an unpaid internship, but there is an opportunity to transition into a full-time role afterward.
