Requirements
- Demonstrated proficiency with PowerBI
- exposure to SQL, VB.net, AutoIT, C-Sharp, Java, JavaScript, SharePoint, PEGA, and/or similar
- Ability to adapt to new technologies
- Effective word processing and spreadsheet software skills
Responsibilities
- Serve on teams and task groups for projects/initiatives within the business unit and/or across the organization concerning new automated systems, products and/or services
- Develop and administer online reference material, instructions and communications
- Maintain documentation library to ensure currency of processes
- Identify, communicate and resolve technical, tactical and operational project issues and risks
- Analyze, research and resolve problems and discrepancies related to member accounts/loans
- Ensure software/systems meet regulatory and procedural requirements
- Research, develop and recommend enhancements to improve operational processes and procedures
