Presidio is looking to modernize its internal operations by identifying workflow inefficiencies and process pain points, and implementing AI-driven workflows and automation to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
Requirements
- Familiarity with process design methodologies and tools (e.g., journey mapping, value stream mapping, design thinking, workflow design).
- Experience (or strong interest) in AI tools and platforms (e.g., GPT-based systems, process automation platforms, internal bots).
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Zapier, Make, Airtable, Retool, Power Automate, or similar platforms.
- Experience leading internal change or transformation projects.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a bias toward action, iteration, and measurable results.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally, building trust across teams, and balancing technical and non-technical perspectives.
- Experience with design, process improvement, automation, predictive analytics, AI/ML tooling, prompt engineering, or LLM-based copilots.
Responsibilities
- Partner with cross-functional teams to identify workflow inefficiencies and process pain points.
- Design and prototype internal tools, workflows, and automations using modern platforms (e.g., low-code tools, AI copilots, process automation platforms).
- Collaborate with business, operations, and IT teams to scope and deliver solutions that improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to pilot, scale, and institutionalize automation solutions.
- Track and communicate the business impact of modernization efforts, including adoption, delivery speed, incremental value, and team collaboration.
- Facilitate workshops, surveys, and collaborative discussions to align teams around new solutions.
- Act as the internal face of AI and automation innovation—sharing updates, gathering feedback, and driving adoption.
Other
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and/or military experience
- 2–3+ years of experience in design, process improvement, automation, predictive analytics, AI/ML tooling, prompt engineering, or LLM-based copilots.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to present confidently and gather feedback effectively.
- Empathetic and proactive approach, with a passion for modernizing the way a company operates from the inside out
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
