Requirements

Responsibilities
- Supporting the analysis of business performance versus plan and proposing improvement actions
- Working with management team to understand and analyze drivers of financial performance and identifying market trends
- Supporting in preparation of financial modeling for various hypotheses and analyzing impact to the organization
- Validating the accuracy of financial data and business information and reporting through reconciliation and review of exceptions
- Collecting, analyzing, and interpreting financial data
- Updating budgets and forecasting models and identifying trends and problems
- Communicating insights and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive financial performance
