ASML US is seeking a Software Quality Engineer Intern to contribute to the development, testing and stabilizing of internal quality tools, ensuring they meet functional, performance and reliability standards.
Requirements
- Strong foundation in programming languages (ieJava spring boot, my SQL, reactPython, C++,)
- Familiarity with software testing methodologies (ieunit, modular, integration, regression, etc.)
- Analytical mindset with good problem solving and debugging skills
- Familiarity with automation frameworks or quality tools (ieSonarQube, etc.) is a plus
Responsibilities
- Support the development, testing and stabilization of our internal quality tools
- Assist in writing, executing and automating test cases to validate functionality
- Collaborate with the team to identify, document and resolve bugs
- Contribute to code reviews and provide feedback on quality improvements
- Help enhance documentation, test reports and quality metrics related to the tool
- Participate in Q&E group meeting and provide detail updates

- Must be pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related technical field
- Can observe and respond to people and situations and interact with others encountered in the course of work
- Strong customer focus and commitment to customer satisfaction through prioritization, quality, efficiency and professionalism
- Ability to complete assignments with attention to detail and high degree of accuracy
- This position is located on-site in San Jose, California and requires onsite presence
