Responsibilities
- Consult and advise customers at a technical level.
- Design and configure technical solutions.
- Document customer interactions in a tracking database.
- Leverage internal groups to optimize sales opportunities.
- Stay updated with the latest technology and products.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Assist sales with unsupported vendors

- Actively enrolled in school and pursuing a technical or bachelor's degree.
- Expected to graduate within 6-18 months.
- Entry Level (0 to 1 year of relevant work experience).
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment (60% remote / 40% in-office).
