Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Technical course work
- Intermediate proficiency with Python, SQL, Power BI, or Excel preferred
Responsibilities
- Shadow end-to-end technology solutions
- Build one or more of the following core capabilities (business analysis, project management, application development, web development, enterprise architecture, quality assurance, infrastructure engineering)
- Participate in meetings with Early Careers technology team and contribute to the influence of positive change and ideas
- Develop your technical aptitude, business insight, and collaborative abilities through a variety of project work.
Other
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program and be a rising Junior graduating by summer of 2027
- Minimum GPA of 3.2 on a 4.0 scale
- All majors are welcome with an emphasis on Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology.
- Strong leadership, initiative, and interpersonal skills; ambitious and creative demeanor
- Strong analytical/quantitative and technical abilities, organizational skills, and attention to detail
- Ability to adapt to ambiguous situations
- Ability to work well with others across teams with varied strengths
- Must be able to work in one of Invesco’s offices where the program is available
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis. We do not offer any type of employment-based immigration sponsorship for this program.
