Requirements
- Proficient in relevant design and prototyping software (e.g., Figma).
- Familiarity with qualitative and quantitative research methods and practices.
- Ideally has existing exposure to Product & UX Design methodologies & strategy.
Responsibilities
- Assist in User Research: Support user research activities, including planning, conducting interviews, surveys, and usability testing sessions. Analyze research data and translate findings into actionable design recommendations.
- Contribute to Design Development: Assist in the creation of wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate design ideas and concepts.
- Support the Design Process: Collaborate with UX designers and stakeholders throughout the design process, from initial concept to final implementation.
- Maintain Design Consistency: Ensure design consistency across all digital platforms by adhering to brand guidelines and design standards.
- Participate in Design Reviews: Actively participate in design reviews, providing constructive feedback and contributing to the continuous improvement of the user experience.
- Documentation and Organization: Assist in maintaining design documentation, including design specifications, style guides, and asset libraries.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure design solutions are feasible and align with business objectives.
Other
- Currently enrolled in a BA/BS degree program or 2025 graduate in Product Design, User Experience Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or other digital design related fields.
- Clear communicator, creative problem solver, organized work style, dedicated to user-centricity, with a growth mindset.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and fluid environment.
- Curiosity about design thinking and up-leveling skills.
- Must be available for a ten-week internship from June 1, 2026 to August 7, 2026.
