Infineon is looking to solve the problem of validating mixed-signal power ICs and requires a Validation Engineer to assist with hands-on testing and analysis.
Requirements
- Circuit Knowledge : Basic understanding of analog and digital circuits; power electronics background is a plus
- Lab Skills : Familiarity with benchtop test equipment such as power supplies, function generators, oscilloscopes, and multimeters
- Scripting Experience : Knowledge of scripting languages such as LabVIEW, Python, or similar tools
Responsibilities
- Bench Validation : Assist with hands-on testing of mixed-signal power ICs using automated and manual methods
- Test Planning : Support development of validation plans and define equipment setup requirements
- Data Analysis : Work with design teams to analyze test results and identify root causes of bugs
Other
- Education : Actively pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Computer Engineering
- US citizen or green card holder : This position requires access to documentation that is controlled by the export laws of the United States.
