Responsibilities
- Validate physical product matches the customer order using a handheld scanner.
- Scan and unload product to the floor performing a physical count to the scanner count.
- Root cause errors found by reviewing actual and surrounding pick slots.
- Correct mis-select errors and shortages as necessary based on the customer contract.
- Carry out quality checks related to pallet construction.
- Unload pallets by operating electronic pallet jack or identify random pallet not yet loaded for audit.
- Reload audited product onto pallet and return to dock or trailer.
