Requirements
- Experience with ERP and procurement systems (Coupa, SAP, NetSuite, or similar)
- Familiarity with hardware development cycles, BOMs, and supporting engineering or R&D teams
- Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting
- Experience with MRP systems for production
- Familiarity with PLM systems (Arena, Agile) and BOM management
- Knowledge of international logistics, duties, tariffs, and shipping compliance
- Experience with low-volume, high-complexity parts procurement
Responsibilities
- Source, negotiate, and purchase parts, tools, and materials for R&D, production, and field operations
- Track and manage inventory across labs, warehouses, and deployment sites
- Receive, label, store, and issue materials used in R&D, production, and field builds
- Plan and kit materials for prototype, NPI, and production builds
- Submit and monitor purchase requests for a wide range of hardware components
- Maintain organized records of POs, receipts, invoices, and part usage
- Conduct regular cycle counts and resolve inventory discrepancies
Other
- 3–5 years of experience in procurement, inventory management, production, or hardware operations
- Strong vendor management and negotiation skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong documentation and tracking skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, vendors, and requests in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and work in a hands-on lab/warehouse environment
