SoftBank Group International is looking for a high-performing analyst to join their Investment Team to help diligence, structure, finance, and execute transactions and strategic initiatives in the technology sector, as well as assist in monitoring portfolio companies.
Requirements

Responsibilities
- Support due diligence, financial modeling & returns analysis, deal negotiations and investment committee material preparation
- Conduct primary & secondary market research, including market sizing, value chain analysis, pricing & margin analysis, supply & demand trends, competitive analysis, etc.
- Develop executive-level materials to communicate results and insights with senior leaders (e.g., through live presentations and ongoing analysis/reports)
- Support end-to-end strategic projects by managing project financials, coordinating with cross-functional teams & partners, negotiating commercial contracts, and driving project execution & KPIs
- Evaluate & support M&A, strategic buyout, joint ventures, and key partnerships
- Actively monitor portfolio companies and help with key strategic projects for portfolio companies

- Travel required up to 25% of the time
- Post-BA/BS at the top universities, pre-
- 2+ years’ work experience in investment banking, consulting or private equity at leading tier 1 firms
- Exceptional strategic, analytical, communication, leadership and problem-solving skills
