Dimensional's Investment Solutions Group (ISG) needs to provide specialized investment knowledge, thought leadership, education, and analysis to clients. The Equity Product Specialists team, specifically, requires an Investment Associate to serve as a subject matter expert on portfolios, offering deep knowledge of Dimensional's products and the competitive landscape to help clients understand portfolios and their performance.
Requirements
- Working knowledge of (or willingness to learn) SQL and Python preferred
Responsibilities
- Effectively communicate and coordinate the team’s portfolio performance commentary
- Provide quality control to ensure consistency, accuracy, and timely delivery of performance deliverables used internally and externally with minimal supervision
- Support efforts to improve team processes
Other
- Develop a deep understanding of Dimensional’s investment approach and its implementation across strategies
- Bachelor’s degree is required
- 1-5 years’ experience working in the asset management industry
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to resolve problems effectively and exercise independent judgement
- Motivated to self-teach skills and apply learned knowledge to applicable tasks
- Experience managing complex projects with many stakeholders
