Dimensional's Investment Solutions Group (ISG) needs to provide specialized investment knowledge, thought leadership, education, and analysis to clients through face-to-face interactions and compelling content. The Equity Product Specialists team, specifically, requires subject matter experts on portfolios to help clients understand Dimensional's products and their performance.

Requirements

  • At least 7 years of experience in a related role and a strong understanding of the asset management industry.
  • Excellent analytical, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills to articulate investment concepts to a variety of audience types.
  • Ability to resolve problems effectively and exercise independent judgement.
  • Motivated to self-teach skills and apply learned knowledge to applicable tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Independently analyze, process and interpret performance of Dimensional’s products relative to peers.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations that convey complex investment concepts in more accessible terms for consultants, clients, and prospects in a one-to-many format.
  • Serve as a subject-matter expert on Dimensional’s funds and the industry to clients, prospects, and the Dimensional sales organization.
  • Provide high level oversight of the process related to creating performance related materials for Dimensional’s sales team and board of directors.
  • Develop feedback loop through relationships with external-facing account managers to make recommendations and improvements to Dimensional’s content and messaging.
  • Work with other members of the Investment Solutions Group with a focus on broad equity market or strategy-specific data analysis, research, and ad hoc projects.
  • Develop a problem-solving mindset of how the team can become more efficient to improve processes and better serve our global sales team.

Other

  • Bachelor’s degree is required. An MBA and/or CFA are preferred.
  • Become a leader within the ISG organization, answering questions from the broader team, mentoring junior members, and potentially directly managing others.
  • Eager to learn and responsive to constructive feedback and guidance.
  • Must be willing to travel.
