BTI Solutions is looking to solve operational inefficiencies and improve productivity within their logistics operations by implementing process innovation, generating effective reporting, and implementing new systems.
Requirements
- SAP (WMS – warehouse management system) data mining and data analysis
- Prefer to have SAP knowledge
- Prefer to have KPI management
- Prefer to have Inventory Accuracy
- Prefer to have Inventory availability
- Ability to support the building operations to comply with all regulatory obligations, including but not limited to OSHA, and other government regulations
Responsibilities
- Support warehouse site operation in order to improve productivity and quality of operation in the mean of process innovation, generate effective reporting and new system implementation.
- SAP (WMS – warehouse management system) data mining and data analysis to identify trend and search for more effective ways to operate
- Help manage all business unit resources to successfully deliver results in quality, cost, safety and service
- Utilize Standard Operating Procedures to resolve and correct problems
- Produce reports and statistics on a daily, weekly and monthly basis briefing team leaders on appropriate issues
- Implement action plans for conducting internal analyses and gap identification; review current or future trends that indicate possible gaps in inbound or outbound functions or employees and make recommendations based on findings

- Work with group members to back up each other as needed
- Lead and/or coordinate a project/activity in order to achieve management directive from regional HQ level or corporate HQ level from Korea.
- Develop high performing work teams to effectively meet the changing needs of the business by motivating, organizing and encouraging teamwork within the workforce to ensure set productivity targets are met
- Prefer Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics or Supply Chain or equivalent work experience
- 5 plus years of work experience and 2 plus years of logistics related experience required
- Ability to expedite emergency requests and available for business travel up to 20%
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to ensure communication to appropriate stakeholders, with appropriate ad-hoc reports and analyses issued timely and accurately
