Requirements
- Experience with Apple development environments (iOS/macOS) SwiftUI, UIKit, and AppKit.
- Proven experience building and leading software engineering teams.
- Strong technical foundation and hands-on experience shipping high-quality user features.
- High attention to detail, with a deep understanding of UI and system design trade-offs.

- Represent Spotlight UI across the organization.
- Work closely with system software teams, platform architects, and UX designers to integrate seamlessly into the broader ecosystem.
- Help the team focus on what matters most.
- Evaluate trade-offs, question assumptions, and guide the team to make thoughtful, data-informed decisions.
- Connect the dots between frameworks, UI layers, and platform capabilities to drive innovation from the inside out.
