Apple is looking for iOS and Mac software engineers to build the future of creative expression by developing elegant, high-performance applications for artists, designers, musicians, and innovators worldwide, contributing to applications like Final Cut Pro, Logic Pro, GarageBand, Pixelmator, and Photomator.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of industry experience building applications or frameworks on iOS, Mac, or other Apple platform.
  • 2+ years of experience developing in Swift, and at least one of AppKit, UIKit, and/or SwiftUI.
  • Familiarity with essential development tools such as Xcode, git, lldb, and Instruments.
  • Experience with creative photography or media editing tools.
  • Familiarity with Apple's core media frameworks such as PhotoKit, Core Graphics, Core Image, and AVFoundation.
  • Prior experience with system design, data flow architecture, and performance analysis / troubleshooting.
