The company is looking to hire an IT professional to analyze business needs, define requirements, develop, implement, manage, and support complex medium to large systems across several departments. This role will also be responsible for ensuring data integrity, system survivability, and evaluating new technologies to improve system efficiency and performance.
Requirements
- Strong skills in SQL programming, relational database management, reporting software tools and MS Excel, preferred.
- Strong skills in data management systems and extensive spreadsheet, database and presentation graphics knowledge are preferred.
- Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and Project) required.
- ITIL certification or training, preferred.
Responsibilities
- Carries out systems analysis and provides support for complex medium to large systems across several departments.
- Manipulates, mines, and analyzes large, complex datasets.
- Creates and maintains high quality system, report, and interface test scripts.
- Tests and debugs systems to ensure they are functioning properly.
- Serves as a customer liaison for assigned business areas and provides technical support and troubleshooting for systems issues.
- Documents system design, testing, and maintenance procedures for future reference.
- Performs system updates, patches, service releases, and upgrades as needed.

- Ability to work flexible schedules to meet job requirements; requires 24/7 on call after-hours support.
- Coordinates user acceptance testing.
- Assures data integrity and system survivability by developing and maintaining Disaster Recovery plans for assigned systems.
- Evaluates and recommends new technologies to improve system efficiency and performance.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills to effectively interact with external contacts, administrators, medical staff, and employees at all levels.
