Requirements
- 10+ years of related professional technical experience
- Strong software development background, with a minimum of seven (7) years’ experience in incremental software development projects using an Agile Scrum approach
- Experience with ISO 20000 standards
- Experience in internal and external audits
- Understanding of all elements of the software development life cycle
- Knowledge of issue tracking and tickets tracking tools such as JIRA, GitLab, ServiceNow, BA tools
- Certification in: Project Management (e.g. CAPM, PMP, IPMA C/D, Prince), Agile (e.g. CSM, PSM, Agile PM, Safe), DevOps, BPM or BA, Lean Six Sigma, ISO 9001 IA, ISO 27001 IA, ISO 20000 IA or other Quality Certifications
Responsibilities
- Conduct audits and reviews/analyzes data and documentation
- Development of quality documentation related to projects or processes
- Providing guidance and quality related education to projects and services
- Ensuring project documentation is kept and organized in a structured way
- Develop and implement procedures and test plans for assuring quality in a system development environment
- Provide technical/management leadership on major tasks or technology assignments
- Develop and implement quality control methodologies to ensure compliance with quality assurance standards, guidelines, and procedures
Other
- Must be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to pass CBP background investigation
- College degree (B.S.; M.S., PhD.) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Management Systems or a related discipline
- Must be available to work a hybrid schedule with an on-site requirement in Sterling, VA
- Highly responsible, team-oriented individual with very strong communication skills and work ethic; self-starter
