TJX Companies is looking for IT Analyst Interns to contribute to their global IT organization, solve IT business challenges, and potentially fill future roles within Product, Project, or Security teams.
Requirements
- Students pursuing a bachelor’s degree in: Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related major
- A genuine interest in technology solutions and innovation
- Problem solving through thinking analytically and creatively

Responsibilities
- Contribute to a specific team
- Participate in a group project to contribute to IT strategy while solving an IT business challenge
- Build a clear understanding of what needs to be done and collaborating with our Engineers
- Learn and make use of Agile working practices to support your team, solve problems, and enable their success
- Expect to get involved in making plans, facilitating meetings (‘ceremonies’), resolving issues (‘blockers’), identifying resource needs and much more besides
- Learn important security fundamentals and then apply them in one of a number of specialist teams
- Your work might include investigating alerts, analyzing the root cause of incidents, or recommending security improvements
