Mayo Clinic is looking for an Application Analyst to implement and support a wide variety of image processing systems used directly by the clinical Radiology practice across the Mayo Enterprise.
Requirements
- experience supporting vended applications in a clinical environment consisting of systems with high demands for uptime and reliability.
- strong analytical skills

- documentation experience
- experience with level 3 support
- Vendor application certification may be required.
Responsibilities
- Working with a project team to implement vended image processing systems in the Mayo clinical environment.
- Developing a thorough knowledge of select systems, filling the role of system matter expert on these applications, while implementing system upgrades and configurations.
- Producing and maintaining documentation such as systems requirements, designs, system relationships, and support models.
- Performing system maintenance and providing problem solving support on requests from the user community.
- Participating in the IT Change Management process for testing, communicating, and implementing system updates.

- This position includes membership on an on-call rotation providing support to the Radiology systems.

- Bachelor’s Degree OR Associate’s Degree with 2 years’ experience in business analysis.
