Jack Link's is looking for an IT Business Intern to help drive understanding of current business processes, identify challenges, and propose IT and process-based solutions to address these challenges, bringing business value. This involves working with enterprise software solutions to automate manual processes, enhance systems, build reports, and evaluate software solutions.
Requirements
- Working with world-leading enterprise software solutions such as Salesforce, SAP, PowerBI, and others
- Projects may focus on automating manual processes, working with Salesforce or SAP enhancements, building reports to deliver new ‘Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to business leaders, gathering business requirements and evaluating software solutions and related work.
Responsibilities
- Provide project and functional support for Sales and/or Finance Teams in the deployment or support of enterprise software systems such as SAP, Salesforce and similar.
- Collaborate with IT Business Relationship Managers and various business partners to document requirements and user stories, organize and perform systems testing, develop and maintain training materials and process documentation, and related activities.
- Work as part of a development team to support existing technology and deliver new functionality and enhancements.
- Projects may focus on automating manual processes, working with Salesforce or SAP enhancements, building reports to deliver new ‘Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to business leaders, gathering business requirements and evaluating software solutions and related work.
