Siemens Corporation is looking for an IT Business Partner and UseIT Intern to support their IT Business Partner team for Corporate Units and the US UseIT team. The role aims to improve business support and end-user services through demand management, communication, training, and driving IT service adoption and enablement. A key focus is to explore and implement AI solutions for process improvements and efficiency gains within the IT partner role and for customers.
Requirements
- Interested and knowledgeable in AI technology and able to define AI use cases for existing business processes.
- Demonstrating a keen enthusiasm for IT concepts and the capacity to grasp translating technical details into compelling and understandable content.
- Experience in MS Power Automate, PowerBI, and Power Apps is a plus
- Candidates may be asked to provide examples of experience with AI concepts.
Responsibilities
- Delve deeply into the responsibilities of the IT partner role that underpins the US Service & Governance operations. This could entail drafting communications, delivering presentations, and managing an IT request from initiation to completion.
- Discover and carry out a solution with AI that will make a positive difference for the IT partner role and/or important customers
- Review existing UseIT processes and make suggestions on how to effectively use AI for process improvements and efficiency gains
- Support training campaigns
- Support data analytics for campaign efficiency, AI end-user support, and related topics
- Support daily end-user communication activities

- Current junior or senior undergraduate student pursuing a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Candidates must not be graduating prior to September 2026.
- Pursuing a degree with a focus on Information Technology, Communications, or Business.
- Eligible candidates must be located within 50 miles of Alpharetta, GA, and be able to work 40 hours per week from May to August.
- Candidates must have the legal right to work in the United States without requiring current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.
