Ceco Door, an ASSA ABLOY branded company, is looking to improve its manufacturing operations by running smarter, faster, and more efficiently through the implementation of new systems and process improvements.
Requirements
- 5+ years of progressive experience in business analysis (requirements gathering, software documentation, functional testing).
- Solid technical foundation with understanding of software and web technologies.
- Previous experience using tools like Excel, SQL, and SSRS to develop reports.
- Development in Microsoft SQL Server, Python, Tableau, Power BI is a plus.
- Ability to evaluate systems and processes for performance, stability, simplicity, and cost-effectiveness.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business analysis tools.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and document business processes and system requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and technology enhancements.
- Translate business needs into clear technical specifications.
- Support testing, implementation, and evaluation of new systems and enhancements.
- Act as a liaison between business units, developers, and IT consultants.
- Assist in the development of documentation and training materials.
- Assure compliance with federal, state, local and corporate governance policies, regulations and laws, AADG programs and policies and the ASSA ABLOY Code of Conduct.

- This role will be based onsite 100% of the time out of our manufacturing facility located in Milan, Tennessee.
