AtriCure, Inc. is looking to leverage data, analytics, and emerging technologies to drive business value by supporting strategic initiatives. The IT Co-op will gain exposure to enterprise-scale data solutions, process optimization, and innovation using ML/AI tools.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
- Demonstrated Initiative and curiosity to explore emerging trends in AI and data science
- Familiarity with data preparation, ETL processes, and machine learning concepts
- Exposure to Python, Azure ML, Power BI, or similar tools
- Understanding of compliance requirements in regulated industries (e.g., healthcare)
Responsibilities
- Assist in designing, developing, and implementing Proofs of Concepts (POCs) to demonstrate the value of new data-driven solutions at an enterprise scale.
- Support the data lifecycle: data collection, preprocessing, cleansing, transformation, and loading.
- Apply modern data engineering and data science practices, leveraging ML/AI technologies to solve complex business problems.
- Develop, test, and validate machine learning models.
- Document methodologies, code, and findings clearly.
- Participate in R&D efforts to improve business outcomes through innovative technologies.
- Execute Quality Assurance test scripts as needed.

- Collaborate with Business team subject matter experts (SMEs) to understand business processes, requirements, and challenges.
- Foster collaboration across teams, encouraging knowledge sharing and continuous learning.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment (minimum 3 days onsite)
