Clarios is looking to improve customer experience through web solutions and digital technology stack, and is seeking an intern to contribute to this effort
Requirements
- Pursuing an undergraduate degree in Computer Science and/or related field
- Ability to learn Customer Journey mapping, persona identification, idea and backlog generation with associated benefits, and process to define and justify customer experience improvements
- Ability to create UX and write user stories with details needed for the development team to provide story points
- Understanding of infrastructure/network requirements and ability to work with the development team to ensure build meets requirements
- Ability to design and make site updates using content management solutions, digital asset management tools, email sign up, and updating data within the Global Knowledge Base and CXP
- Ability to utilize tools to define benchmarks and metrics to measure success and improvement opportunities for implemented solutions
- Ability to participate in full-cycle process for design, estimations, development, testing, and release using Agile methodologies
Responsibilities
- Learn how to improve web solutions to meet Customer Experience needs by using Customer Journey and personas
- Learn importance of UX and web design to build user stories and provide overall solution design for development teams
- Learn web architecture skills such as security, domain management, web certificates, hosting, use of content/site management etc. to build web sites
- Learn the use of tools that integrate with websites to enable continuous improvements and updates such as content/site management, Digital Asset Management tools, etc
- Learn use of analytic tools to learn and define future improvements for the website such as Googly Analytics, SEO, Data Analytics, Customer feedback, etc
- Assist in testing and quality control of features in development
- Learn how to integrate Chat and other AI agents to help with the user experience
Other
- Currently enrolled as a full-time student at an accredited U.S. college or university
- Ability to be in the greater Milwaukee area in the summer
- Ability to work up to 40 hours per week during the summer and part-time during the school year
- Must have a quiet workspace away from interruptions, with the option to work in the office
- Must be authorized to work for any employer in the US without the need for sponsorship, now or in the future
