NextEra Energy Resources is looking to develop new machine learning products and enhance existing applications by leveraging data science services to translate complex data into meaningful insights, thereby delivering business value.
Requirements
- development of new machine learning products or enhancements of existing applications in Amazon Web Services cloud or on-premises platforms
- provide technical and functional guidance on machine learning, optimization, statistics, and/or applied mathematics
- sound software engineering and development processes
- Assist with data analytics activities
- Support cloud applications
- Assist with data analysis & ML/AL Activities

- Help map, evaluate and develop processes for various Project Management activities
- Gaining an understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Learning the relationship between the business and IT
- Present final project to senior leadership at the end of the internship
- Assumes responsibility for own travel, lodging, and transportation necessary to be available for the program
