Responsibilities
- Act as project manager for IT software programming and hardware upgrades
- Maintenance/upkeep SQL database
- Maintenance/upkeep MS Access application
- Maintenance/upkeep .NET framework version web app
- Maintenance/upkeep and development Salesforce portal
Other
- Act as the first point of contact for co-worker support needs
- Immediate Customer support through email
- Track and report on progress on key projects monthly.
- Utilize experience and company knowledge to provide efficient and effective programming solutions that minimize programming time while maximizing output value.
- Other tasks as assigned
