Auto-Owners Insurance is seeking an IT Document Automation Software Developer intern to develop on-demand and batch company forms using Inspire and Documaker that include automated features.
Requirements
- Experience with basic programming and scripting such as Java and Javascript, XML, document generation, PDF, Postscript, batch processing, etc. are a plus.
- Must be able to learn and effectively use tools and techniques as practiced, acquired, or adopted within the IT Division
- Ability to independently learn to use new software.
Responsibilities
- developing on-demand and batch company forms using Inspire and Documaker that include automated features
- visual development and automation of various forms
- light scripting for advanced functionality
Other
- Students must be working toward a bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Mathematics, or a related field, with at least two years of coursework completed.
- Customer service experience is a plus
- Enthusiasm for driving improvement by finding and implementing solutions to new challenges
- Ability to effectively communicate to team members and management.
