Requirements
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols, operating systems (Windows, Linux), and hardware components.
- Experience with virtualization, cloud platforms (Azure, AWS), and cybersecurity best practices.
- Relevant certifications (CompTIA Network+, Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer, Cisco CCNA) are a plus.
- Experience with scripting languages (Python, PowerShell, Bash) for automation.
- Familiarity with industrial control systems and instrumentation.
Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and deploy IT systems and infrastructure, including networks, servers, and cloud environments to support a 24×7 manufacturing operation.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues to minimize downtime.
- Implement and maintain security protocols to protect data and systems from threats.
- Conduct regular server & infrastructure updates, patches, and backups to ensure reliability and data integrity.
- Manage user access and permissions for site applications and systems.
- Develop and integrate software applications with on-site hardware and existing modules.
- Perform upgrades and basic troubleshooting for software systems and hardware connectivity issues as needed to keep systems running 24×7.

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to communicate complex technical information clearly to non-technical users.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
