Heiden Technology is looking to transform their client's IT infrastructure by delivering innovative, reliable, and tailormade technology solutions. They are seeking an IT Engineering Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the IT engineering team, support and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure, and help design, implement, and manage systems, networks, and team practices.
Requirements
- Familiarity with server and networking technologies.
- Relevant Certifications (E.g., CompTIA Network+, Cisco CCNP) are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Assist in installation, configuration, and maintenance of various server systems (Windows Server, Linux).
- Support network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNS.
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of networking protocols and services.
- Manage our internal datacenter, ensuring high uptime and accessibility.
- Troubleshoot network connectivity and performance issues.
- Assist with the development and maintenance of hardware and software assets.
- Install and update software applications while ensuring security and compliance.

- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science or Related Field
