Support of the Infor XA ERP environment, programming customizations, and integrating with 3rd party applications.
Requirements
- Experience with configuring and supporting Infor XA ERP system or similar ERP.
- Working knowledge of the IBM AS400/Poweri operating system, and Microsoft SQL server and database.
- 2 years’ programming experience required with programming and implementing system enhancements, using programming languages such as .ASP, .NET, Java or RPG.
- Proficient with common desktop applications, such as Microsoft Office, Project, and Outlook.
Responsibilities
- Assist with ERP operations (Infor XA) and support activities.
- Administer and support ERP applications and underlying IT architecture.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.
- Implement software updates, patches, and upgrades.
- Design, program, test, and implement system enhancements, according to technical requirements and specifications.
- In collaboration with Information Technology team, identify options for potential solutions and assess for technical and business suitability.
- Work closely with users, developers, and manufacturing stakeholders to ensure technical compatibility and user satisfaction.

- Bachelor’s degree with concentration in Information Systems, Computer Science, Operations Management or related field.
- Professional development: stay up to date on new approaches to deploying technologies in a manufacturing environment.
- Perform various computer tasks as requested by CIO or IT Systems Manager
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
- General knowledge of the manufacturing industry and technology systems/techniques used to meet business challenges of today.
