Wipfli is looking for an IT Helpdesk Intern to provide customer service support for basic hardware and software issues to Firm associates.

Requirements

  • Familiarity with Windows OS and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Prior experience with computer systems or help desk support is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service support (both on-site and remote) to Firm associates for basic hardware and software issues.
  • Record all actions, communications, and resolutions for issues being investigated in appropriate systems.
  • Acquire and maintain knowledge of Firm systems and support policies and procedures.
  • Review and maintain documentation and knowledge base.

Other

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Networking (Sophomore or Junior preferred).
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis upon hire.
