Regal Rexnord is seeking an IT Infrastructure Administrator to deliver exceptional IT service and support to C-level executives, senior leadership, and end users.
Requirements
- Proven expertise in Microsoft technologies within a global enterprise setting.
- Strong knowledge of Office 365, identity management, and mobile device management.
- Experience with AV systems, remote access tools, and ITSM platforms (e.g., ServiceNow) is a plus.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, MCP, ITIL) are desirable.
- Experience supporting a hybrid remote work-from-home and in office workforce within a large corporate domain environment.
- 5+ years of experience in IT support
- 2+ years experience supporting executive-level leaders
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-touch, personalized IT support to executives and VIP users with professionalism and discretion, ensuring minimal disruption to their work.
- Proactively identify and resolve hardware, software, mobile device, and connectivity issues across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android platforms.
- Set up, maintain, and optimize executive workstations, conference room technology, and home office equipment with foresight and attention to detail.
- Ensure seamless video conferencing experiences using tools such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and WebEx.
- Collaborate effectively with IT teams (networking, security, infrastructure) to resolve complex technical issues.
- Maintain accurate documentation of support activities, incidents, and resolutions.
- Provide after-hours or on-call support as needed, especially during executive travel or critical events.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Demonstrated maturity, discretion, and professionalism in high-visibility roles.

- Strong analytical thinking with the ability to scale solutions and anticipate future needs.
