P&C IT Services is looking for a Systems/Network Administration Specialist to join their Infrastructure group to design and implement automation solutions for on-prem and hybrid infrastructure environments, aiming to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and provide a competitive advantage.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure, with a strong focus on automation and scripting.
- Hands-on experience with IaC tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible, PowerShell DSC).
- Familiarity with Vmware, Windows, and Linux environments
- Experience with version control systems, particularly GIT.
- Familiarity with automation platforms such as Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform (AAP), VMware vRO/vRA, Azure Automation, Morpheus
- Infrastructure automation and scripting (PowerShell, Javascript, Python, Bash).
- Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep, Ansible).
Responsibilities
- Design and implement automation solutions for on-prem and hybrid infrastructure environments.
- Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or PowerShell.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure provisioning and configuration.
- Ensure automation solutions adhere to security baselines and best practices.
- Document automation processes, standards, and workflows.
- Support infrastructure modernization efforts by evaluating and recommending automation tools and platforms.
