Brunk Industries is looking to solve the problem of providing Level 3 Help Desk Support and Network Administration to assist users with all aspects of computer usage.
Requirements
- Firewalls, Switches, and Routers Configuration
- Virtualization Software (VMware Virtual Box and Microsoft Virtual PC, Hyper V)
- Ability to configure software and hardware for P.C.
- Proficient in troubleshooting software and hardware-related issues
- Complete understanding of antivirus malware and spyware deployment tools
- Understanding of how to apply and deploy Active Directory DNS and other network services
- Deploying and maintaining Operating Systems
- Experience using Wireshark, Nmap, SQL, PowerShell, Bash, Git, Python
Responsibilities
- Manage all servers, including email, domain, telephony, print, and backup servers and their operating systems, including both hardware and software.
- Support network hardware and equipment for LANs, WANs, and wireless networks, including servers, routers, hubs, switches, SonicWall’s, FortiGate’s, UPSs, and other hardware.
- Monitor, test, and report on network performance; troubleshoot areas as needed
- Create and maintain documentation of network configuration, mapping, processes, and service records
- Assist with installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of end-user workstation hardware, software, and peripheral devices
- Ensure network connectivity of all servers, workstations, telephony equipment, fax machines, and other network appliances.

- Must maintain flexible availability on off-shifts and weekends to provide critical support as needed.
- This position may require up to 25% travel to Brunk Industries Satellite locations based on business needs

- Bachelor's degree in computer-related field
