Requirements
- Basic knowledge of computer systems, applications, and networking concepts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Responsibilities
- Assist with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in hardware, software, or applications.
- Support system upgrades, testing, and implementation activities.
- Perform data entry, reporting, and analysis to support decision-making.
- Collaborate with team members on technical documentation and process standardization.
- Conduct research on emerging technologies and recommend solutions where appropriate.
- Provide end-user support under supervision, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions.

- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
