Provide technical assistance to staff on hardware and software-related issues, troubleshoot computer systems, hardware, and software in office and field settings, follow established procedures and processes for computer maintenance, wiring and installation of PC equipment in field equipment, printer maintenance, and assist in maintaining Security posture compliance.
