TWB Company is seeking an IT Intern to assist in designing, developing, testing, and documenting workflow enhancements to the Jira Service Management platform, aiming to optimize service delivery and automate workflows within their customer service management system.
Requirements
- Basic knowledge and experience with PCs and MS Windows
- Experience with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Basic proficiency in scripting (JavaScript or Python)
- Basic proficiency in logical workflow design
- Basic proficiency in REST APIs
- Understanding of ITSM or Jira tools
- Intermediate or advanced proficiency in scripting (JavaScript or Python)
Responsibilities
- Assisting in designing, developing, testing, and documenting workflow enhancements to the Jira Service Management platform.
- Gain practical experience in low-code/no-code automation
- Gain practical experience in service delivery optimization
- Gain practical experience in enterprise IT tool configuration
- Gain practical experience in detailed observation
- Gain practical experience in communication
- Gain practical experience in strategic planning
Other
- Fall internships are expected to take place between September 15 and December 19, 2025.
- Major in IT, Computer Science, Network Administration, Computer Networking, or similar field
