Zurich is looking for an Intern to support their IT Infrastructure & Operations Management team, aiming to provide learning opportunities in a broad spectrum of technology and integrate new talent into their operations.
Requirements
- Knowledge of automation and AI
- Experience in developing low code automation or recall solutions
- Exposure to agentic AI concepts
Responsibilities
- Supporting implementation of new user technology
- Low code-solutions within Microsoft 365 environment
- Change management and technology integration
- AV services and hybrid conferencing technology
- Microsoft Azure
- M365 productivity tools including Copilot
- Cloud operations
Other
- Actively pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, Management Information Systems, business analytics or related field
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s program and will be enrolled in the fall of 2026
- Two or more years of college coursework (should be a rising Junior or Senior)
- Be legally eligible to work in the U.S indefinitely
- Minimum cumulative current grade point average of 3.0 (current could mean last semester GPA)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Problem solving skills in customer focused environment
